ASK US TO QUOTE A BASIC PCB FABRICATION PACKAGE:   All artwork files necessary to for PCB fabrication (including solder paste if required), nc drill, nc rout (or outline layer) and a fabrication drawing.

SCOPE OF WORK:
In every case we attempt to create a CAD file from scanning with 100% of pads flashed and clean conductor draws with a minimum of filled areas. Certainly, not all scan jobs meet the above criteria and the worst candidate is an old hand tape. Regardless, we do our best to generate the cleanest CAD database possible to convert your file to gerber files. When completed, our scan output has been scaled in both axis (if drawings are supplied), snapped to a grid (within a 2 or 3 mil move max), aperture sizes have been consolidated and all layers are registered and aligned to one another.

VERIFICATION

• Visual and DRC inspections are performed by the CAD operator after the artwork layers are completed.
• A series of before and after inspections are done under magnification, using sets of silver and diazo films.
• Drill files, dimensioned features and any special instructions from the customer are verified on the CAD system by an inspector.
